On the Go Vacations (“OTGV,” “I,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit this website, contact me or book travel with me, how I use it, and the choices you have.

When you fill out an inquiry form, schedule a call, email me or book a trip, you may share details such as your name, email address, phone number and mailing address; travel dates, destinations, budget and preferences; the names, birthdates and genders of the people traveling with you; passport, Known Traveler and loyalty program numbers; special requests such as dietary, accessibility or celebration details; and payment information needed to complete a booking.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, using cookies and similar technologies. This helps keep the site secure and working properly and shows which pages are most helpful.

How I Use Your Information

• To plan, quote, book and manage your travel arrangements
• To pass your payment information to the cruise line, tour company, resort or other travel supplier that processes your payment

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only as needed to provide my services, including with:

• Travel suppliers such as cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, resorts, airlines and transfer companies, so they can confirm and provide your travel arrangements
• Travel insurance providers, if you choose to purchase coverage
• My host agency, which supports my bookings, compliance and record keeping
• Service providers that help me run my business, such as my trip planning and client management software, online scheduling, email and website hosting
• Government authorities when required by law, or when a supplier must provide traveler information to immigration, customs or security agencies

Once your information is shared with a travel supplier, its own privacy policy applies to how it handles that information.

Payment Information

All payments for travel are processed directly by the applicable supplier. Payment details you provide are used only to process that payment with the supplier and are not used for any other purpose.

Emails and Communications

If you sign up for travel news or offers, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any marketing email or by emailing me at jeni@otgvacations.com. Even if you unsubscribe, I will still send messages related to any trip you have booked.

Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of this site work.

Links to Other Websites

This site links to services operated by others, such as my online inquiry forms, appointment scheduling and social media pages. Those services have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their practices.

I use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send full payment card numbers by email or text message.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Information about minors who are traveling is collected only from a parent, guardian or other adult booking the trip.
