Cruise Transfers
Transfer Your Cruise Booking
Keep the cruise you love and add a personal advisor to help with every detail.
Already Booked Your Cruise?
If you booked directly with a cruise line or through a website or another agency, you may be able to transfer your reservation to me. In most cases, you keep everything you’ve already booked and gain a dedicated advisor to help with every detail, before you sail and if anything changes along the way.
How it works
Three Simple Steps
1
Share Your Booking Details
Fill out the short transfer form and email a copy of your cruise confirmation to jeni@otgvacations.com.
2
I Check with the Cruise Line
I’ll confirm whether your reservation is eligible and let you know what to expect.
3
Your Booking Moves to Me
Once the cruise line approves the transfer, I’ll be your point of contact from then on.
What Stays the Same
- Your stateroom, fare and booking number
- Your deposit and payment schedule
- Any promotions already applied to your booking
What You Gain
- A personal advisor who knows your trip and answers your questions
- Help with shore excursions, pre- and post-cruise hotels, transfers and travel insurance
- Someone keeping an eye on your booking for eligible price drops and promotions
- Support if your plans change or something goes wrong
Good to Know
Each cruise line sets its own transfer rules. Transfers are usually allowed only within a limited time after your deposit is paid and before final payment, and some bookings, such as certain group or promotional reservations, may not qualify. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances.
Have Questions First?
I’m happy to talk through your booking and whether a transfer makes sense.
